    Its meat - leave out a few specific details (I guess that is still a fib so maybe a crappy option). If I had been told I was eating rabbit, deer, or FROG it would not have happened. Technically....I'm still not over the frog but it was delicious!

    I have a Pecan Port in progress using chenin (because I'm not a fan of muscadine) & a bottle Savannah Mixes Southern Praline Mix (25 oz). No real pecans were harmed on my end :) I have high hopes this will be delicious.

    How much brown sugar & WWGP concentrate did you use? I have 6 gal of peach going now (I increased the peach from previous batches as well) Its within a few weeks of stabilizing & sweetening so I'd love to try your improvements and hopefully get your same reaction!
