    Snowflake-like crystals

    I know I have seen questions about this before but have never encountered this problem til now. First batch of skeeter pee..using a white muscadine slurry. Batch has been in my secondary for 3 weeks now, when checking on it tonight, the crystals are present! :m What are my options? TIA

    About to try my first batches of fresh Strawberry and Blueberry. Anyone have a recommended recipe that they prefer? I am interested in comparing several opinions......thanks in advance!

    Newbie alert!!!

    I prefer sweet wines. I started about 9 months ago. I have made one grape and several muscadines (my preference). I plan on experimenting with strawberry, blueberry and possibly raspberry (all freshly picked) this spring and then alot of muscadine when they ripe.
