Hi, this is my 2nd year making wine and I wanted to try to make some Cabernet. My friend and I make some Alicante Grenache wine last year and we are curious if the process would be any different in regards to a possible longer fermentation period etc.

Hi, my name is Joe and this will be my 2nd year making wine and I'm hooked! Last year I pressed 15 gallons of alicante grenache and I'll probably do the same this year although I'm thinking about experimenting with either Cabernet or Merlot.
