Now that my all juice kit is well under way, I'm looking at getting one of the Vinifera Noble kits. Only question is which one so I'm curious as to which one is your favorite?

I picked up the Whisky Barrel Stout kit today. Can't wait to get it going this weekend.

An update... Racked this to secondary today. SG is 1.075ish. It smells and tastes harsh at the moment (as is to be expected) but I see great potential here. VERY happy with this one so far.

That's the one that really caught my eye. Birthday is coming up, I may have to request that one.

In addition to getting back into wine making, I am again making beer. I've been looking at the kits on special for this month. Has anyone ever made the Milk Stout or Whisky Barrel Stout?
