We purchased a Barolo Juice and did the initial transfer from the bucket to the carboy. I am ashamed to say that I did not transfer the juice to a new carboy after approximately 3 months when we should have (March 2013). Now I am wondering if we should just dump it... is it "safe" to proceed at...
