Hello all, New winemaker here. I just started the Winexpert Eclipse Riesling kit. I inadvertently added the susse-reserve bag to primary. It looks was supposed to be for back sweetening... Is my kit ruined? Can I use honey or some other sugar to back sweeten since I obviously don't have that...
