Has anyone purchased vines from Double A Vineyards?
I have purchased many vines from Double A Vineyards of the very varietals you have mentioned.Two clones of Tempranillo and Viognier and 8 other varietals. Opti-Red
Hi I use Opti-red. It is a yeast derivative nutrient, not a tannin. So I use both FT Rouge and Opti-red during red fermentation. Sometimes I will use it late and not at the beginning, especially with a wine like Petite Sirah.- Ten-x
