    Thank you everyone for all your help! I racked the Rose into a carboy and it's been bubbling for two full days now. I'm thrilled.

    I've made it before as well and had no issues. Followed the directions per usual and kept the room about 73 degrees. I'll go ahead and rack it and hope for the best, thanks.
