What's growing on my cider?
Made a batch of hard cider from pippin apples. Rinsed and pressed them, added about 7 apples cut up (not core or seeds) in a bag to the must, used AC-4 yeast. Started 1.058, finished 0.998 after 2.5 weeks. Racked to 1 gal carboys and treated with kmeta. I'm not sure what's growing on top of the...- tradowsk
