new guy

I have read posts from this forum for a while now and decided it is time to start participating! There really seems to be a lot of great knowledge and smart people in one place here. I hope to learn a lot and help out who I can. If anyone else is in the Pittsburgh area, let me know!

New to WMT but have been making my own wine for a few of years now using kits and am starting to tweek them a little with good results. I've also made my first batch (6 gallons) from my own home grown grapes and if you know anything about the U.P. then you know it is not noted for growing...
