This guy paid to get his car that was towed in pennies. Aside from the fact that he sounds like a snotty college kid, it's pretty damn funny.

I had to deal with a smart college kids like that during my cop days.

Tell them to have a seat while the pennies get counted.

Takes quite awhile to count a bunch of pennies by hand.

I would think a couple of days for 8800 of them. Other people need to be helped while counting.

It is even possible to lose track of the count while helping other people and have to start over.
