What is your hydrometer readings ??

I did not use it, i have in the past this is my third year home wine making, but this was box of cabernet juice, figured long as i follow directions shouldnt have to get as involved as my current(red fruit) wine being my wife just gave birth to a lil girl, 17 days ago i was going for easy, and hopefully delicious, the hole on the top of my primary lid accidentilly got coverred with the clarifying agent bag, then i lift the lid and it bubble city

I can take a current reading if that would help, i was thinking add another packet of yeast trying to get them to breed more, or put in secondary

Please be more specific, I have no idea where you are or what you are fermenting.
Cut off air? How were you adding air? With a little stirring you will introduce all the O2 necessary. I don't see the need to add air.
Bubbling's good. Need to follow with hydrometer, not bubbling though.
Yeast multiplying only two days? Does that mean you added yeast two days ago?
Move to secondary? Is primary finished? Are you fermenting must or juice? If its not must, the fermentation can be in the same vessel.

Ok, juice in a 6 gallon bucket. I added yeast normally waiting one week to move to a 6 gallon carboy. But this time bucket accidentally became air tight the third day after adding yeast sending yeast into a sugar feeding spree rather then them miltiplying. They only multiplied for 2 days total. This is day 4 after adding yeast

open the lid - is there fermentation going ? bubbling ? If so leave it alone with the top off or covered with light cloth.
We really need a hydrometer reading - to help you out any further

I'm sure it is just fine. Give it a stir and follow it as it finishes fermenting. It sound like it is fermenting ok. There really is no such thing as a "sugar feeding spree" without yeast multiplying. They are growing and eating and making alcohol. It's a good thing you noticed it. If it was air tight it would have eventually blown it's top.
