Airlock vs oil seal

Hello everyone ,
I have searched around here for answers can cannot find.

My question is , i am currently bulk aging red wine in my 200 VARIABLE capacity tank. Once its aged and ready to drink am i able to use the air seal lid or do i need to use the floating lid with oil ?
I want to use this tank to top of bottles straight from rather then bottling it all. Is it safe to let the air lid out , fill a bottle and re-pump? or is it introducing air to the wine ? I am just worried about using paraffin oil ontop ? would there be much waste? as you cannot drink the last few liters due to the oil ? if someone could please help me that would be great.
