another belated intro !!

hello everyone
sorry for the late intro... i have been making wine from mostly kits for the past 19 years... i am happy to have found this sight as i had stopped making wine because it was all spoiling on me. i have a renewed interest and currently have 3 kits on the go . so far i have gotten plenty of good advise and tips here as to what was going wrong with my wine so back to the drawing board here we go!!
