Hi everybody.

Jumpend into the cold water and just started my first batch of homemade wine ever. I am proud graduate of YouTube University and now it's time to put all that knowledge to test.

Bought the equipment used on Kijiji, 2 primaries, 3 carbons, 42 bottle rack, heater and an assortment of everything else I should need for $100.

Got my first kit in the fermenter yesterday. Now the long wait starts.
