I have an allinonewinepump with degassing wand and headspace eliminator. I have 2 carboys of country wine. I have racked/degassed 4 or 5 times. It’s only been about 4 months. It still has plenty of co2. I degassed twice again today. Approximately how long till it is degassed? It is clear, not dropping any lees and sweetened. (And sorbated) But has co2.
I made a blueberry wine once, and bottled before it was degassed properly. That co2 bite was not pleasant. I’d like to avoid that again.
