Just received my new pump, whole-house filtration setup and all the hoses, racking canes, bungs, clamps and filters from the man---Thanks Wade! Let the games begin! I'm well on my way to being "All In".

You won't be sorry you made the purchase. I sent Wade over funds for the filters etc yesterday. I'm sure it will make life alot easier than the MiniJet. I'm figuring I can unload the minijet to my boss since he said he was going to look for one.

Doug I was contemplating on whether to sell my mini jet or not. As of right now I am hanging on to it as the filters are disposable. When filtering wines like jalapeno I hate to use the enolmatic and take a chance of having the flavor carry over to the next wine. I've probably put around 100 gallons through the same filter already with no problems.
I've only had carry over once from a primary bucket and it was with my jalapeno and I ruined a decent kit wine. Chenen Blanc with after burn!

Ahhhh good point, didn't take that into consideration. Guess I'll keep it.
