No longer a newbie, but still clueless.
Last weekend, I filtered a gallon of my peach wine. It's cleared pretty well, but was still a bit hazy. Like any new piece of gear, it was a tad awkward at first, but once I figured out what I was doing, it was pretty easy to use. The results were great. I'm going to filter the rest of the batch, but here's a side by side of a filtered gallon and an unfiltered gallon.
