Apple Shredder

Amazon has an awesome deal for just today if anyone is thinking about building an apple shredder in the future with a garbage disposal.

I've seen the videos and read about using one for apples. But I am concerned about it crushing the seeds. Is there any experience about this?

the disposal will not crush the seeds. I used one for a while. the problem is if you have quite a few apples it will overheat and pop the built in circuit breaker. by a few I mean over a 100lbs. just for a guide about 20 lbs is required for a gallon of apple juice. I also tried using a fan on the disposal but it did not lengthen the time appreciably.
