Well I don't know yet. I have the Johannisberg Riesling that will be my Christmas wine to give as gifts. I want to make another red but it is so hard for me to put it away to age but I need to.


Speaking of reds. Last week I bought a Hungarian wine...Egri Bikaver translated as Bulls Blood. If you have a chance try it. Very rich and tannic.

Rich and tannic sounds like the Chokecherry wine I am indulging in right now...don't know why this batch is so strong...tastes like almonds...Love it.


We will have our traditional Saturday night Sparkling wine...this is just fore-play.
