Well guys - got lucky!!!

A friend of mine (milla vineyards)knew I wanted some wine barrels for decoration so he sold me 3 @ $20 each and gave me 2!! Also gave me a couple of barrel racks to hold them. SO, this is the way that the front of my barn looks now.

This is the north end. Behind the garage door is where I am going to make a fermentation room and bottling area (in process). Then inside on the right side is the wine storage room (temp controlled @ 60 year around).

Anyway, more pictures later as I get going on this !!!

3 dog kennels on the left side of barn.

whole barn is 16 x 70. All of the wine stuff is on the left side of the breezeway and the right side is my wood shop. SO, this is where you will find me most days. Waldo, the chair is where the firepit is so lots of evenings enjoying a glass and solving the problems of the day!!

Would love to replace the garage door with a round top 6" thick door on big wraught iron black hinges. Maybe some day - - -

I wouldn't mind living there where it stays green most of the time, especially since it is white here half the year. Nice barrels for decoration. They look good there.

Wade - by the way he also sold me a thermocapsular (like yours) for $90.
Used, of course but works and looks good.

Appleman - -

It is green grass with dormant oak trees from Jan to June and then - look out - it changes to dead brown hills with green oak trees. AND HOT. We usually have 100+ degrees for about 3 weeks straight in the summer. Rain about 12-14 inches from Nov to May and that's it!!!!! But it is a 'dry heat' yeah right !!!! stillllllllllll HOT!!!!!!!!!!!!

I post more pictures later to show the difference.

Good deal on the Thermocapsuler! We get temps close to that here but its 90% humidity on top of that also for a few weeks.

The only problem with green grass is its still growing and still needs to be mowed - at least once a week for us, twice for about 6 months. But I would not live anywhere else, even with the 3 H's, heat, humidity, and hurricanes.
