blending fruit wines

hi all ! i'm a novice fruit wine maker, I've got a batch of cherry and a batch of peach wine going. I racked the second time this morning.i tasted both wines this morning and they seem to be just fine. so, I took equal amounts of each wine and combined in a separate carboy, of course I had to taste it and it was good. just wondering if anyone else has experimented with blending fruit wines and what I can expect down the road.

Welcome bigdaddy, I blend fruit wines all the time. Blueberry, Blackberry, Elderberry etc. Even blend these 3 with Cab or Merlots.Also make a lot of Apple & Peach but don't blend them as much. I did blend about 20% of my Peach with a Reisling I made & it was VERY good. So keep experimenting, it's fun. Roy
