Picked this guy up last Spring on a closeout sale from the Toy Store. Started back on 3/29/11 so it has bulk aged almost 8 months. Spent 3 months in the Vadai and hit it with some Tancor Grand Cru as well.
This is a very unique wine to say the least. It is similar to a Pinot Noir in some ways. It has a very intense aroma of red raspberry, maybe a little black cherry some mineral, a nice hint of pepper, very nice acidity and a pretty decent finish as well! Very happy with the turnout.
This was bottled using the Hoffart Auto Bottle Filler and my back feels great!
