Brand New to brewing wine

Hi all, I found the forums with a search. I'm so new to this my WE kit is still on the way!
I do have a number of years experience brewing beers of a reasonable variety so moving to red wines is a next step, but I have (I think) all the gear I need.
I have a couple of questions but I will ask them in the right place, not in Intro.
