Hey all,
I have 3 - 1 gallon jugs of raspberry wine almost ready to bottle.
How best to burp? I've been corking and shaking and releasing Co2, but it seems like it's taking forever and it's still foamy when I shake it. Do I have to remove all of the gas so the corks don't explode while aging?
Also, the wine is clear, but do I need to consider adding anything like stabilizer or anything?
