How low will the sg go? Mine right now is at 1.008 and still going strong. Should I stop it or let it keep going?

Let it go as low as it will. This kit will many times stop at a higher point on its own. Mine stopped at 1.010.

Like any kit, it theoretically can go to .990, but I wouldn't count on it.

When the SG seemingly has stopped dropping, give the port a good stir for three days in a row. Make sure its temperature is in the 70'sF. It it hasn't dropped any at the end of those 3 days, it is finished fermenting.

Robie,

Thanks, it's been going strong since it started. Still lots of little bubbles going. I kept it at 76 degrees and stired several times a day and added the package like everyone said in 1/3's.

Thanks, will let it go till it decides to stop.

You are a lucky man, they usually stop earlier. Remember yoiu have a good size fpac so youll be fine.
