W Wade E Premium Joined Jul 3, 2006 Messages 33,224 Reaction score 292 Nov 1, 2010 #4 Do not do MLf of kit wines! The process the juice has to go through makes MLf not a good idea. These juices are pasteurized. Besides, kits are balanced so doing MLf on these would make them flabby.
