Hello all,

New to the forum, pretty new to winemaking. I've made 2 batches of wine previously (2 years ago). Haven't done any for a while because my wife didn't like the taste! LOL. I've bought a paklab raspberry merlot and will be starting it in October (going overseas for 10 days and don't want to worry about it while I'm gone).

Hope to learn some good info.
