can't weight fractions of grams

my scale only weighs in full grams. If I need two and a half grams of say Fermaid K, I can only guess at a half gram. could I possibly blow up the part of my house by doing this?

Digital or "lines" on your scale?

If digital, I would just put a gram on there and eyeball half as much for the half.

I bought the exact same scale Rocky got. It works great. I ordered two of them figuring they are a throw away scale and don't expect much more than two years out f each one.

I just bought a scale from amazon that looks just like that but with a different name. Glad I did, I think I added 5 grams of fermaid k instead of 2 1/2 because I weighed the container and it showed 5 grams lighter.

That want happen again.
