Stopped for a minute today and realized that I have 120 bottles of wine sitting on the shelves of my 144 bottle wine rack. Some are 350 mls but only 12 of them. And one is from a friend. Thanks Al.

Its just hard to believe that you can accumulate this much so quickly. It will my my first whole year in June.

Thanks Tepe. But it still isn't a year yet. I've got 3 more months. I've got a couple more carboys to bottle before then. I've got 5 gallons of cranberry muscadine. I've got 6 gallons of orange blossom mead thats fast approaching its 6 month mark. I will bottle it soon as well. Waldo and I are attempting (well at least I am attempting a port along side Waldo) a Port of Muscadines. I ran by Sams Club today and bought 10 pounds of honey, and a bag of limes, can you say mead 3 gallons JAO Style? I love this hobby. Hope to be around for many many moons to enjoy this new obsession.

Oh yes, I have tipped quite a few bottles as well as given away a few. otherwise I might have had close to 180 bottles by now.

It's a little sweet, as it fermented down to 1.010 from an initial 1.120 (yes I was a newbie), if I remember its about 15% ABV as well.

Remember I started that one in June 08. Its only been bottled since 8/14/08. I hope it is found to your satisfaction.
