Got Chilean grapes this year from M&M. After primary fermentation they had a rough smell.... Went thru mlf just fine. Still rough smell.... Now a month later.... Still rough smell. Hope it's not Brett. I doubled up on kmeta just in case and will see how it responds... Only bad part is I dumped 2/3 of it in a new French barrel..... Yipes.
