I clear all my wines in my basement which ranges from 66-68F.
I have put them out in the garage for a few weeks (cold stabilization) to allow any remaining sediment to drop out.
Actually kit wines are better degassed at around 72 75 Deg. F. CO2 hangs on to cooler temperature liquids it is the reason beer, sodas, And Champagne style wines are serve cold other wise you would not be able to pour them due to the foaming going on. The foam is CO2 and it also what comes off a wine when being degassed.Which is the best temperature to clear white wine?
