So...my first kit...last night would have been 5 days...this morning I woke and noticed I could hear no more fizzing...took a look...and I was right!!

What the hell...might as well measure...0.998!!!

I suspect that is cool...or what?? ROFL!!!

Yes - WE kits want you to rack when its just under. 1.01, but go ahead and rack to secondary and follow instructions like tom said. I've been in the same situation. You eventually learn to not look at the number of days but take SG readings instead.
