I'm the latest addition to the forum. I've got a very limited amount of cider/mead/beer experience from many years back, but I've found myself in a place where I once again have the space to try my hand at it again, so here I am to learn! I'll likely be doing a lot of fruit-based wines, starting with some plums and blackberries since I'm going to have a fair amount of both if I can be bothered to put in the work of picking them!
