Or roughly translated the Grüner Veltliner is in the bottle!

Almost 6 mo old now. Cellar Craft Showcase Series. If you have not tried this and like a crisp white wine with lots of floral notes and pepper this is a good one. This has a F-pack so its slightly off dry, not sweet by any real stretch. A great Summer wine you can drink by the pool (if I had a pool LOL) all day and not get a headache/hangover. Awesome with food as well. I used some Booster Blanc on this as an experiment. Leftover glass at bottling was awesome for such a young wine. This is ready to go but will hold off for another 4 months or so to let it age a bit more.

Definitely a good one!

The wine actually does have a greenish/yellow tint to it!

I bottled in a lighter shade of green bottle. Commercial bottles of this wine come in everything under the sun it seems. Bordeaux green, Burgundy green, Bordeaux clear.......

Many/most of the commercial bottles are 1L (great value) in size and have a beer cap for a closure, no cork!
