I started a couple of kits last week. I have nothing to do for a while. I have three ports ordered. Does anyone know when they will be shipped. If not soon I'll order another kit.

The specialty ports are due in September and the web site does not say early, mid or late.

I need something fermenting in a plastic bucket. I've only made Mosti Mondiale kits, can someone recommend a RJ Spagnols red wine on the higher end?

I ordered Delu Ranch Woodbridge Cabernet Sauvignon from RJ Spagnois. Has anyone made that ?

if you are talking about the En Premier Delu Ranch Cab, I made it. You won't be sorry. Very rich, will do best if cold stabilized to cut down on acid crystals dropping out. It is 18 months old now; should be ready to drink in about 6 more months. Just bottled it a few weeks ago.

I think someone said it now comes with both a grape pack and a raisin pack.
If it does, DON'T use the raisins. Mine came with a very nice grape pack only.

I have made the EP Delu Ranch cab. It's currently about 20 months old. We sampled our thirdsplit about 1 month ago and we were thoroughly impressed. It's our best kit to date. I believe it is very drinkable right now but plan to wait another month or so and open the last of 4 splits for sampling. I'll definitely make this one again and highly recommend it. I am currently traveling so don't have my sampling notes with me.

RECEIVED WORD FROM GEORGE THAT THEY WILL BE IN SEPTEMBER ,SOMETIME?

Just general tasting notes my wife and I makedescribing tannins, flavors, aroma, finish, level of oak. I like to read the kit description and see if we agree with their description. Sometimes yes, sometimes ????
