Added Spark about 3 weeks ago and then remembered that I forgot to degas. A lot of the sediment had dropped, and I'm really not sure why I didn't rack other than pure laziness before I degassed.
I figured since it cleared once, mixing it again wouldn't hurt anything and it would simply clear again. So far, I'm wrong!
Since that time, the wine is very cloudy and has not cleared a bit. It's in a cellar at about 60 degrees. Is this too cold?

Any ideas?

Yes - definitely too cold

Bring it up around 70 - 75 degrees and degass it then see if it clears. If not Degass then add more sparkolloid if needed.

Steve is right on. My cellar gets down in the 50's during the winter and the wines pretty much just sit there. Don't degas and don't clear very well. When it warms up a bit in the spring, they magically start loosing their gas and clearing. Good luck with yours. Arne.
