After chewing, on it for a couple of years, and seeing what others have done and reading everything I could find on it this is what I came up with to be the best option for me. It's economical, easy enough, and should last longer than I do.
We've had our Blackberries trellised on 2 wires but tying was very crowded and difficult. The rows get big and wooly and we needed a different option.
I ended up cutting #4 rebar in 30" prices, then heating them red and turning eyes on the ends or a L finger, we're trying both. My son argues the L finger works as well... It won't but I'll humor him.
I welded the rebar to U bolts and bolted them to the T posts in the feild. We'll them stretch 2 new top wires on the rebar.
