I am making my 6th kit of wine. It is a WE Vintners Reserve Sauvignon Blanc. My last kit was an IM Wildberry Shiraz which from reading other peoples posts I added sugar and 1/2 of the F pack to up the alcohol and lower the sweetness. It went to secondary today. I know it voids the warrantee to play with the directions but I am getting more brave now. Are their any suggestions for this one I am starting tonight?
