Here's what I've come up with:
8 oz Lemon Juice
1.5 Lb. Sugar
1 tsp. Tannin*
3 tsp. Yeast nutrient*
1 tsp Yeast energizer*
3 tsp Peptic Enzyme*
1 Lb. Berry blend
Please note the four items marked with an asterisk (*) have not been reduced in quantity from the 6-gallon recipe. Should they be?
