Greetings.
Are there any fruit wines that are ok to drink early. Preferably for two gallon batches.
Presently I have two gallons of peach under secondary, which I plan to age.
I've heard of Skeeter Pee, but that is primarily for five gallons and most likely needs a five gallon starter must.
