My eclipse Sauv Blanc arrived today (thanks Doug) and has two packs of yeast - k1v116 and ec1118. There is no mention of multiple yeasts in the instructions, so I think I'm going to just throw them both in. Anybody see an issue with that?
 
There is an old post I started when I got mine from Doug as well. You are supposed to add both packs upfront.
