My 2 gallon batch of Welch’s Elderflower is bottled and will be ready for consumption in about a month (I am giving it a little time for bottle shock). Although the batch did not come out 100% the way I had anticipated, it is still drinkable. Not to mention at only $2-$3 a bottle, you can’t beat it.
P.S. The bottles are frosted, not hazy (the wine actually came out the clearest out of any white wine I had made so far).
