Fermenting Strawberry

Gosh I love the smell of fresh fermenting strawberry wine. It's the only one I can say that about, so far.
 
I dont remember mine smelling that great but it did come out very good. Mine was 1/2 strawberry/1/2 kiwi though so that could be the reason.
