What micron filter do you use for filtering your dry white wine ? I have a one micron filter I was going to use.
I used voice to text so that is why the title is goofey. I don’t know how to change it, tried to edit the post but no luck.

If I decide to filter, I use a .2 micron nominal grade, it is not an absolute membrane, but still very good. I've had no issues with ML or sugar fermentation in the bottle.

I find it can depend on fermentation & aging conditions and which yeast you used as to whether there is risk of re-fermentation if there is still some residual sugar. I filter my whites with 0.45um filters and still have had one batch of "dry" wine re-ferment lightly once the temperature warmed up a bit. I like the D47 yeast but it seems to always leave a little residual sugar.

So, I now add sorbate to my dry white wines to hedge against this, pad filter down to 0.45um, and sterile membrane filter on the way to the bottler. Have not had any trouble since going route.
