I have been making Island Mist kits for some time now and have always filtered them. I have 2 kits on currently and they are very clear, I'm thinking of not filtering these batches...thoughts??

What is in these kits? I have made several and all of them are very early drinkers, they are always smooth and full of flavor, I just don't get it

How long have they been in the carboy? If you've had good success with filtering, I'd filter them. IMO

Ive made quite a few of these and as long as you do a good job racking there really is no need to filter. Also just give it a few more weeks in aging and you shouldnt have any sedimnet in bottles with these.

After 17 of these kits.......I agree with Wade E
