Finally its Saturday, and not just any Saturday, its the start of college football season. This is also the first tasting of my Peachy Carlos Wine, affectionately named "Swamp Wine." The wine is young so its a bit harsh but fruity and needs more time, which I expected but the aroma is all carlos and as it opens up the peach is slowly starting to wave hello.

Here is hoping everyone enjoys the season.

Really nice looking labels Waldo. Love the hog going threw the A. My boys boy scout troop was nicknamed the hogs. Kinda funny since every single one of them were big gator fans. Honest when they camped in the fall they took a TV and a generator and had about 30 people gathered around a 15 inch TV to watch the gators play!

Appleman I knew it was a bit early yet for the wine, but I wanted to see how it has come along since I bottled and I wanted to open a bottle for the start of the season. Should be nice for next summer and I'll stick to the 2006 Gator Blanc for now.
