Yes, but be cautious, you run the risk of stripping flavor, aroma, color, etc. from your wine. Some of us don’t use them at all, much less twice.

Time/ patience will let most things settle. I strip charged particulates mainly when I am pushing to bottle for a contest (Christmas). So far have never run the same chemical twice.

Time in the bulk fermenter for a long time is the best thing that I have found. Patience, patience , PATIENCE!
