Fining

Put some fining last night in my grape juice wine. Got up this morning to see this floating on top. Any ideas what it might be?

Looks like foam to me. Did you degas or allow the wine to degas prior to adding the finings?

Is it still fermenting??

The level looks pretty low in that carboy to have a finished fermentation.

If it is finished - I would top that bad boy up..

Wine doesn't care what container it is in.

If it is done fermenting, add something to minimize the air in your demijohn. (Is it done fermenting??)
