Last two days the must has cleared remarkably. The bottom of the fermenter has a nice layer of trub formed. The bubbling has slowed and is finer in size.
I was informed the Grape Concentrate I used wasn't for making wine, so if this turns out well, I'll call this batch Chateau Fat Pete's Happy Accident White...
